Flower Substitution Policy
Flowers are a natural, seasonal, and perishable product. As such, specific availability can change daily due to market conditions and our strict quality standards.
- Customer Agreement: By placing an order with Immanuel Florist, you understand and accept that we may need to make such substitutions to ensure your arrangement is fresh, beautiful, and delivered on time.
- Our Guarantee: We guarantee that any substitutions made will be of an equal or greater value to the original selection. We will always maintain the style, theme, and colour scheme of the arrangement you have chosen.

Specific Requirements: If your order requires a specific, non-negotiable flower type, please contact us directly by phone to confirm its availability before placing your order.
Delivery Policy
We are committed to the timely and safe delivery of your floral arrangements.

Recipient Availability: If the recipient is not at the delivery address when our driver arrives, our standard procedure is to:
- Leave the arrangement in a secure, weather-protected location (e.g., a covered porch).
- If a safe location is not available, we will attempt to contact the sender or recipient to arrange an alternative. A fee may apply for any required re-delivery attempts.

Incorrect Addresses: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a current and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete information. Orders requiring re-routing to a new address will be subject to an additional delivery fee.

Guaranteed Delivery Times: We cannot guarantee an exact time for delivery. All deliveries will be made within a reasonable window. For funeral services, we will ensure delivery occurs prior to the service time specified in the order.

Deliveries to Hospitals, Offices, and Funeral Homes: We will follow the established procedures for the respective facility, which may include leaving the arrangement at a reception desk or with funeral home staff. We may take a photo of the arrangement upon delivery for our records as proof of fulfillment.
