Q: When do you deliver? Do you deliver on holidays?
A: We deliver Monday to Saturday (Sunday deliveries can be arranged) from 11:00am-7:00pm. We do not deliver on Christmas Day or New Year's Day only.
Q: Can I request a delivery at a specific time?
A: We will try our best to keep your preferred delivery time (usually very successful). Just give us a call and we can make arrangements.
Q: Can you deliver first thing in the morning?
A: For sure! As stated above, prior arrangements must be made. Additional charges may apply.
A: Of course! Call us and we can fill the order in over the phone.
Q: Will you call the recipient to arrange for a delivery date?
A: Our delivery dates go by what you tell us. The only reason we would call the recipient is if they are not present at delivery.
Q: Will you call ahead to ensure the recipient is home before you deliver?
A: Yes if you'd like! Upon order, we ask you for the recipients schedule, but if you would like us to call the recipient, that can definitely be done.
Q: I can't submit my order on the checkout page.
A: The reason you might not be able to process your order on the checkout page is because the destination address is outside of our delivery range. Unfortunately we can only accommodate a 50 km radius from our store at the moment.
