Q: When do you deliver? Do you deliver on holidays?

A: We're here for you Monday to Saturday, delivering smiles from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. If you need a Sunday delivery, just let us know, and we'll make it happen! Please note, we take a little break on Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

Q: Can I request delivery at a specific time?

A: Absolutely! We do our utmost to accommodate your preferred delivery time and are usually quite successful. Simply give us a ring, and we'll sort out the details together.

Q: Can you deliver first thing in the morning?

A: Yes, we can! As mentioned, we'll need to arrange this in advance. Just be aware, there might be an extra charge for that early morning cheer.

Q: Can I place an order for pickup?

A: Yes, you most certainly can! Give us a call, and we'll prepare your order for pickup right over the phone.

Q: Will you call the recipient to arrange for a delivery date?

A: We schedule delivery based on the information you provide. The only time we'll call the recipient is if there's a hiccup at the delivery location.

Q: Will you call ahead to ensure the recipient is home before you deliver?

A: If you'd like us to, we'd be happy to! We typically ask for the recipient's schedule when you place your order, but if a phone call is preferred, just let us know, and we'll make it happen.

Q: I can't submit my order on the checkout page.

A: If you're encountering issues at checkout, it might be because the delivery address is beyond our current reach. We're able to deliver within a 30 km radius of our store for now.
