Refunds

Our refund policy is such that if the item that was delivered is not the item that was purchased then we will provide a credit worth 50% of the purchase. To be eligible for a credit you must have a picture of the arrangement delivered as well as the confirmation e-mail of the order. If we verify that it is indeed an incorrect arrangement delivered, which must be done in the store, then we will provide the 50% credit to you.

Shipping Policy

We ship/deliver only to locations within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). We have two rates built into our service. The first rate is for local deliveries which are only for addresses located in Woodbridge or Kleinburg and is at a rate of $8.99. The second rate is for all other regions in the GTA which include but are not limited to North York, Mississauga, Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Concord, Scarborough, and Brampton. If the address provided as the shipping location is outside of the regions mentioned above we will contact you to adjust for differences or provide refund if it is not viable.
