Q: When will the flowers be delivered?
A: Our delivery hours are from 11:00am-7:00pm. On regular days, we will try our hardest to have them delivered at your preferable time (usually successful). As we are extremely busy during Holidays, we cannot guarantee a specific time for Holiday deliveries; but again will keep your preference in mind.
Q: Can I place an order for same-day delivery?
A: Definitely! Give us a call at (905-893-3226) before 3:00 pm for same day delivery in the Woodbridge/Vaughan/GTA areas. We'll let you know if we can accommodate the exact order or how we can make alternatives!
Q: Can I place an order for pick up?
A: Of course! Give us a call to process the order and we'll have it ready for you to pick up!
Q: How do I look after my flowers/plant?
A: We send care cards for all of our arrangements so please follow the instructions on there, and if you still have questions, please do not hesitate to give us a call (905-893-3226) or email email@example.com **hyperlink and we'd be happy to help.
Q: What happens if the recipient isn't home?
A: If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, our couriers will leave the arrangement at the door (weather permitting), with a neighbour, or at reception (if available). A phone call will be made to ensure the recipient is aware of delivery. Second time deliveries can be made if address is within reasonable distance to our studio.
Q: I need to cancel my order, what are my options?
A: If the order was made over the phone, give us a call and we can cancel within 48 hours. If the order was made online, **Website**
Q: What flowers will you be using in my order?
A: All of our arrangements are made from locally grown fresh flowers (with some imported exceptions) that are brought 4 times a week! If you leave the design up to us, we have full creative direction and can ensure a beautiful arrangement depending on your style. If you have something in mind, please express that to us and we can work together to make something extraordinary! Please have a look at our flower directory for frequently used flowers.
Q: Can you send me a photo of the flowers I've ordered?
A: Not a problem! A text or email can be sent upon request.
Q: Can you replicate an arrangement from a photo I send you?
A: Although our arrangements are unique to us and our design, we will try our best to replicate the photo as much as possible, but please be advised that flowers may be out of season, and that a photo cannot be exactly replicated.
Q: I can't submit my order on the checkout page.
A: The reason you might not be able to process your order on the checkout page is because the destination address is outside of our delivery range. Unfortunately we can only accommodate a 50 km radius from our store at the moment.
Q: Do you deliver to hospitals/nursing homes/funeral homes/hotels/etc?
A: Yes, we do! If your recipient has a name, phone number and address, then we have a beautiful design waiting for them!
